Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

Shingle Savers ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through https://shinglessavers.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We provide roofing services across Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site — such as a free estimate request, inspection request, schedule request, or feedback — we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and a description of your roofing project.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you browse: pages visited, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or ad), the city or region you are browsing from, the type of device and browser, and actions on the page such as scrolling, tapping our phone number, or opening a form. A first-party identifier stored in your browser lets us recognize repeat visits from the same browser.

We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

How we use information

  • To respond to your requests and provide free estimates, inspections, and scheduling.
  • To provide and improve the roofing services you ask about.
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can make it clearer and easier to use.
  • To follow up on your inquiry by phone, text, or email about the project you asked about.
  • To protect the website against abuse, spam, and security threats.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website analytics and visitor insights

We measure interest in our services using first-party analytics on our own systems. Browser activity is grouped into interest levels so we know which visitors want a callback and when. When you voluntarily submit your name, email, or phone number on a form, that information is always treated as the most accurate record of who you are and overrides any automatically collected data. Third-party data providers are consulted, at most once per day per browser and only after meaningful engagement with the site, to help identify a serious inquiry; information you submit yourself always takes priority.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand advertising performance:

  • First-party storage. A visitor identifier and preference settings stored in your browser.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads. We use Google services to measure site traffic and ad performance. Google may set cookies on your device; you can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Accessibility widget. Our accessibility tool (UserWay) stores your accessibility preferences, such as text size and contrast settings.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some parts of the site work, but you can always call us directly at (714) 696-6972.

How we share information

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business, including our CRM (HighLevel) for managing leads and customer communication, hosting, and email delivery. They process information only on our behalf.
  • Measurement tools. Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described above.
  • Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Marketing messages

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. We contact you only about the project you asked us about. Reply STOP to any text message or tell us on a call to stop further contact.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy of it, to request that we delete it, and to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, call (714) 696-6972. We will verify your request before acting on it.

Data retention

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax obligations. Website analytics data is kept only as long as it is useful for understanding and improving the site. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and rate limiting on our forms, to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
